O.K., that's consistent with what I've been finding in other positions with blots on the 23pt, so I believe it. Just takes some time to absorb the lesson fully, I guess.

I did go back and see what would happen if Black were on the bar, and it does seem that bar/24 6/4 5/4 is best in that case, again consistent with the view that the 4pt is good but a blot on the 23pt is bad enough to swing things in favor of the six-away point.
