It is kind a easy if you already see the result of original position.
I would think this way. First position, as white doesn't split his back checker, 13/5 gets much better than previous one. As it was only 0.025 difference in previous RO, it is easily overturned now.
Second position, as white's checker on 6p moved to 10p, white has more timing and prime potential while blue has more incentive to go for the race with better race and less danger of being blitzed by breaking an anchor.
Approach to the right answer without using previous analysis is very difficult for me. I should just sense the thickness of a thin paper by finger.
