This probably won't work though because of the multiple nactation option mismatches you consider to be "an advantage".

If you are able to implement nactation to a degree where you can convert moves notated in nac to their traditional representation then, independently of the number of valid nactations for a move, it isn't Utopia to achieve what you want, if I understand you correctly, since in a given position with a given roll, different (correct !) nactations "map" to the same resulting position.
