Make the three point with bar/20 13/3 8/3. Blue is still 14 pips behind after this roll so maintain as much contact as possible and fill in the board.

Making the 15 with bar/15 20/15 13/8 might give better outfield control, but I like maintaining the anchor and filling in the board better. If we get a chance we can hit loose next roll - I don't think that would be wise without the anchor.
