25/15 20/10 looks right to me since I think the best idea is to try to contain the back checker by making the bar pt soon or hitting it if it runs out.

The problem with making the 3 pt is that your opp either runs out or improves his board during the next couple of turns and if he then escapes you're in trouble if you miss. Of course the added pt and anchor look nice but I think trying to contain and prime one checker is stronger.
