One thing to also look at is the chances of making the 2 pt conversion from the two yard line. I think that is about 47% isn't it?

Anyhow, if your passing data from the 2 or closer shows 36.5% I have a hard time believing that generic could be better than 33.3% from the 5 yard line since now the defense is much less focussed on running options.

You need a good source of data on 4th and goal situtations and unfortunately since coaches are FG happy, you won't have many instances of 4th and goal from the 7 (for example), except where a team needs to score a TD to win or is very far behind.

However, you could use 3rd and goal %'s and slightly lower them for the closer distances since a team could run on 3rd down with the plan to go for it on 4th if they get very close.

I hope the readers will bear with me for a few more OT FB posts since I am publically asking Chuck questions that I'd certainly ask him if I were an owner or GM or head coach and hoping he can further improve Zeus.
