Excellent match based cube decision. White's effective recube take point is quite low at this score. Blue's recube point is high. I believe White's take point is about 20% and I guess that White has that GWC. Blue should cube volatile positions at about 70%. Blue probably has that but the 8 recube vig is a concern. RD/T. But, a slight change in winning percentage can change this decision.
