Output to the right

FWIW, my preference would be to have the player information (match score, pipcount etc.) on the left, the diagram in the middle and the rollout on the right.

That's the logical order to think about it - match status (how long, what's the current score, is it Crawford, money, Jacoby, whatever.) then the position then the "answer".
