Race lead? Check. Anchor? Check. Threats? Check. Board? Yes, I think White 1-point board + builders is enough here! And the cube won't be coming back at this score. Must be a good double. With some thought, taker's chances appear to be smaller than my first-glance impression, but I think it's still a clear take.
