The first play I'd rule out is bar/20 23/20. An anchor seems insufficient compensation for leaving 5 blots and White in command.

If bar/22, then 13/8 or 8/3*. I'd choose 13/8. 8/3* looks disjointed -- settling for an inferior anchor, the 8 point checker gone, and the midpoint checker and the 3 on the 10 point not much in play.

But I think bar/20 6/3* beats the rest. We want the 20, not sit on the 22; White's front position is flat and not overwhelming, so Blue will be fine, usually, if hit; and while 8 blots is a lot (and hard to resist!), most of the other plays leave 5, and bar/22 13/8 looks like it will often lock Blue into a 23-22 game, which is not what I want to play here.
