Yes, your RO equity of 1.04 is due to bad takes later. Likely quite common here. This is the only explanation to get a ND equity above 1 when no G wins are possible. Since the initial eval says take, you can suspect here, in this unusual position (but one where the bot should be able to see the new blots and high plies) bad take later.
