I used 3 highlighter pens (red, yellow, green) to mark the moves on a printed page of the pdf file. First, I looked at a move and it was "natural" to me, I would high-light it green. It I would have played it somewhat differently, I would highlight it yellow. If I would have never (or hardly) considered the move, then I mark it with red color. After I was done with the whole page, then I would study them starting with the red color, then yellow, until all of them looked "natural" to me. This process helped me a lot to memorize the moves.
