As Dmitriy's rollout for right-hand position 41S-22E-51 is such a close decision at [B T13] <10, I conclude that T (sTack/Tower, 13/8 9/8) is a little better in 41S-11e-51 (your left-hand variant). With a doubly reinforced 8pt, Blue is more likely to be able to attack back checkers that are split (rather than anchored), starting with the immediate threat of 53 and odd-number doublets, and he especially doesn't want to be on the roof when he rolls one of those jokers. (That seems a less small factor than the net effect of starting Opp's 7pt when she owns her 5pt instead of her 4pt.)
Your left-hand position (41S-11e-51) is repeated below. To its right is 51S-11e-41, and Blue has essentially the same decision in both positions. The same cannot be said for the pair of 41S-22E-51 and 51S-22E-41 further below.
