Set Preferences page needs link back to index

In Response To: Set Preferences page needs link back to index (leobueno)

At the top of the page there is the link "Return to Index" which does just that. That link exists everywhere as far as I know within' the forums. You either overlooked it or are talking about something else altogether. (or are using some funky browser where it doesn't appear I guess is an option)
