Regarding the right-hand position, Neil said that not doubling is "borderine blundersome" and the wording in his subsequent post seems consistent with that. If you go by the B/W error scale, a "mistake" is –.03 or greater, a "blunder" is –.06 or greater, and a "whopper" is –.10 or greater. The generic term I like to use is "error" (though I'm not telling you what to use, only suggesting).

Anyway, I'm in basic agreement with both of you. At the –3–p score, I think it is a small-equity error not to double after 52D-63S and a (low-end) blunder not to double after 52D-63S-55A-F, and for the latter I doubt that the future chance of White/Opp committing a take/pass error later rather than now (times the size of the error) has much overall effect on the large size of Blue's error in failing to turn the cube here.
