He used to live in Osaka but now moved to Tokyo and stopped playing for a while. Actually Kazuya and Itikawa are close friend and I believe they made a quiz together for Japan Open once though I don't remember which year it was.

Osaka Open don't stop being held - Next one will be 5-6th of March. (2weeks later) You are welcome to come! :)
