Blue's reasons to double:

Blue's blitzing threat and a.983 gammon value; 14 pip lead;

Blue's reasons not to double:

Blue will need 33% GWC to take a recube; White has better points in his board and good distribution; Blue has 4 stripped points and a stack on the 6 point; White's .983 gammon value

All in all I would probably double as I think the gammons favor Blue by over 2-1 and he should be a small favorite in the non-gammon games, but giving White such potent recubes may make this close
