You'll probably get better responses if you wait a day before posting any bot info.

Anyway, I would have played 13/1*(2) here. Since 66 is such a good racing roll, it's often important to play in a manner that is likely to preserve those pips next roll. Here, though, 13/1*(2) is more committal than 15/3* 13/7(2) since the latter hedges our bets between blitzing and priming, so it's not a clearcut decision in my mind.
