This position is stolen from a source that I'll disclose later so I'm not sure how the game actually went; the subject line is just a guess. Admittedly 42Z is not a great move so maybe this isn't a fifth-roll position.

Most likely some sort of significant error was made in the sequence, and if so then the sequence may as well be your suggested 43Z-65R-32S-42Z-42.

However, if we assume the game was well-played, White's last play was either 53Z or 32d, and that seems to force another nine plays to be added; e.g., as captioned above (with White starting).

As for the move with 42, covering and reinforcing the 9pt seems compelling. No shots, an extra checker in the zone, and all numbers make a point next roll except 51 and 32.
