Yes.....I don't really see your point though.

Leaving cheating completely out of the this post.

A checker that clearly is meant to be borne off, and carelessly placed on the bar, I deem to be borne off, at whatever point it is noticed. I base that ruling on the second sentence of US Rule 4.4.

If there is something else I'm missing or not explaining ask and I'll try and answer, I can't tell if you are picking on me or are still interested in the discussion.
