In Response To: 1st International Backgammon Championship (Mochy)

Mochy wrote: "All countries with bona fide Federations OR with organizers that have standard of integrity based upon international norms are invited to play, provide they have a minimum of 16 players in the organization".

After reading back I wonder if it was intended to be "Federation OR with organizers..." or whether it was suppose to be "AND". I had assumed that it was as written where you either had a federation OR if there were organizers that would be willing to run qualifying events (with at least 16 people) and be acceptable to the overall organizers of this world event.

If I read too much into it let me know.
