First off i repeat i will never read kaz before answering.

Anyway i anchor and 8.

I dont hit because he has stronger board, 15 returns on the 4 point and 5's and 3's working on his side of the board.(summarized : RISKY)

I dont feel we are either desperate enough (the 22 anchor gives us a decent game), or have incentive enough (where are his builder? etc) or have enough gain (we dont have a board, he aint dancing or entering very awkward) to hit.
