Nice analysis, Neil!

I think O (Outer, 13/10(2) 8/5(2)) is something of a standout. For second place, I suspect that B (Both, 24/21(2) 13/10(2)) and C (Cross, 24/21(2) 8/5(2)) are relatively close to each other.

I'm not sure that K (Kill, 13/4*/1*) is even fourth best for money. It's not even the play I would make at gammon go; if Blue already has her 5pt (31P-32S-33) instead of her 3pt, then maybe...

Someone mentioned D (Down, 13/7(2)), but owning the 10pt + 5pt must be substantially (if not massively) better than owning the 8pt + 7pt, especially when attacking on the 4pt is such a likely possiblity.
