I'm wondering, though, if the decision is much closer at DMP.

Good question. At dmp, I'd have a tough time choosing between B and O (the latter being my money choice). And at gammon save, I'd drop O but consider C. I guess I'd play B at both the d and s scores.

For alphabetical reference:

@ = Anchor (24/18(2))
B = Both (24/21(2) 13/10(2))
b = both (24/18 13/10(2))
C = Cross (24/21(2) 8/5(2))
c = cross (24/18 8/5(2))
D = Down (13/7(2))
H = Hit (13/10 13/4*)
K = Kill (13/4*/1*)
M = Mayfair split (24/21 13/10 8/5(2))
O = Outer (13/10(2) 8/5(2))
o = outer (13/7 8/5(2))
X = hit-and-split (24/21 13/4*)
Z = reverse split (24/21 13/10(3))

Warning: Some of these plays may be worse than K (even at d and s). :)
