Mochy, I applaud this decision; however, I have a couple of questions regarding the implementation.

I assume only the two participants, and maybe a designated monitor and/or recorder, can bring notice of the illegality of a play? And not kibbitzers?

Also, if Player A makes an illegal play and Player B does not bring notice of it to the attention of Player A, it can never be determined if Player B simply did not notice the illegality or chose not to notice the illegality. It seems there remains an ethical dilemma and the potential for abuse.

Interesting.

But, again, overall I think it is a step in the right direction.
