"Also, if Player A makes an illegal play and Player B does not bring notice of it to the attention of Player A, it can never be determined if Player B simply did not notice the illegality or chose not to notice the illegality. It seems there remains an ethical dilemma and the potential for abuse."

Is there a way to avoid that other than playing through software?
