I think this position is a good example of the collateral benefit of studying lots of opening positions. I haven't seen this particular position before but having seen several similar positions where W is the top play, I saw W as candidate number 1 here. I can't swear that I wouldn't have changed my mind to 13/10 OTB, but as Stick says, 24/20 is "forced" and then it's a coin flip even if I'm not certain.
