Illegal move will be corrected

Only Tournament Director and people who officially assigned to do so can point out illegal play. Even recorder can't do it if not he is officially assigned.

This rule is based on an assumption that player will and should behave as gentleman. There might be a guy who tries to benefit from this new rule by pretending that he didn't notice his opponent's illegal play or even making illegal play on purpose.

Ofcourse they will be penalized by a TD, but actually the best way to get rid of them is raising our level of ethical standard - it is so hard to behave wrong if we all behave as gentleman...
