Yes. I affirmed that in my notes (please reread). And there is no doubt in your mind or mine that 13/10 is the best 3. Notwithstanding, I thought you might want to be aware of the potential ramifications of your choice.

Technically correct symbols eliminate the possibility of misinterpretation. What is obvious to you may not be obvious to someone else. Also, when a computer program is eventually written (by Matt Ryder or someone else), it will be using strict rules, in this case the 6pt convention to interpret the 3. While assumption can be a useful tool on occasion, I personally prefer bulletproof usage when a friendly option exists (as it does here).
