Having done the Nation's Cup site, things you will need are:
1. Player database with email, country, real name, game site nickname, possibly win percentage (the more stats the better).
2. A method for the TD and assistants to be copied with correspondence from match scheduling attempts.
3. As mentioned above, a method for match scheduling.
4. A method to contact the TD.
5. Player list broken down by country.
6. Parings list or bracketed standings.
7. Overall standings (win / loss percentage is good). If doing a best-of format (I can't recall the exact format for this tournament), results of the "best-of" matches.
8. Rules page.
9. A place to post analyzed match logs of those matches you wish to make public.
10. A place to report match wins.
11. A place for announcements (round deadlines).
12. A place to announce upcoming scheduled and confirmed matches is highly recommended.
13. Varying methods of error checking and also administration pages.
The list above is off the top of my head. I am sure there is plenty that could be added.
