I would double this in a money game. In a 3 point match at 0-0 you should double a little earlier so its a clear double.

You have a nice racing lead, a blot to shot for, the bar vs holding game, and a good distribution. The rule of extracting your last checker before doubling an holding game has exceptions when you have other advantages like here.
