Although we also want the 3 point, we'd rather make it with by unstacking at least one of the 6pt checkers. Also the 7 point has value too, so 7/3(2) while making the more valuable point comes at a cost.

13/9 11/7 for the last two is also possible for even more flex, but I think we should respect white's 3pt board enough to not give the indirect 36 to hit.
