I've sent my email to Mochy but, just in case it doesn't get through for some reason, let me post here too, and also to get any feedback that people may have.

I've been running tournaments at DailyGammon and doing web pages both for myself and others since about 2006. I'm interested in doing the IBC web site. Rather than say anything further let me show you a pretend version of your tournament that I've put together. It explores some ideas for presentation and is still somewhat rough around the edges. I've created this mock-up from two other tourneys of mine, hence the curious mixture of colours. That can all be changed, of course.
