Best choices for Blue's third roll play are K (Kill, hit twice) or E (Each). For White's enter-one-checker play, "5" for the entire roll+play is simplest. If you want to list the roll, e.g., say it's 54, you can write either 54 (though I tend to do so only for entering two checkers) or 54<, the less-than symbol denoting a partial entrance.
