Global jacoby Change and pasting XGid - fix

I went to put away a fix to not modify the global Jacoby setting when pasting an ID and found that Phillipe Michel beat me to it this evening. The next release will modify this behavior. When pasting an ID the Jacoby setting will not be applied globally avoiding the caveat expressed on my previous post.

A new release should be out next weekend if there are enough changes to make it worthwhile, or one can always pull the latest sources and build it themselves.
