#1 20 pip lead. White has no anchor and only a four point board with a dilly builder so must be a double. Most of blacks rolls play well. He can afford to hit loose and all doubles play well too, small ones being used to switch points. Looks close but I’d pass.

#2. Make the prime. White has enough flexibility to escape later plus by staying on the ace makes some of blacks rolls awkward.

#3 14 pips after the roll I play 11/6 11/7 but maybe Stick posted this as it might be close between that and 13/4?

#4 This looks like white needs a tempo hit with 8/4* to stop black forming his prime but all those extra gammon losses worry me. OTB I think I’d make the 5 as it can’t be wrong by much whereas hitting may be very wrong.

#5 29 pip lead plus some market losers so I double. Take looks easy as blacks position looks well placed to contain a potential hit. Plus white still has plenty of work to do to bring it home.
