Gammon Empire/Play65 fairness

I see you have gotten useful responses already, but since we're on the subject, here is an experience by a Danish player on Play65 from yesterday. The original story is here.

What happened is as follows. They were playing for 20 euros pr. point. Blue re-doubled to eight, white timed out/disconnected. The game was "settled", and blue won 54 euro (!) Even with big rake etc. there was clearly something wrong in this situation. According to blue Play65 has not answered on the support.
