My reasoning is that the 6-point must be a pretty strong point even though it doesn't have a special name (at least in English).

As far as I understand in my deep ignorance, the 6-point is the most necessary point of one's home board, even stronger than the 5-point. The reason why it neither has a special name nor deserves special attention is that in the starting position it's already made (and stacked).
