The higher White's (Opp's) point, the stronger White's prime and the better Blue's race; for both reasons, it is less questionable for Blue to move the back checkers.
As a matter of course, 9 to 15 pips down (before the play) and facing ten checkers in the zone, I'm not inclined to split or run in any of the four implied positions, but the variant with White owning her 5pt (which could be legally arrived at by 61P-44P-62) should be the closest decision -- I'd give that one serious thought.
