1.Is it correct to publish a watched match?

Sometimes

2. Is it correct to publish a watched match with the option of dropping it if either of opponents objects?

Publish only if both plaers agree.

3.Is it correct to publish one's own match without consent of the opponent.

Absolutely not.

4. Is it correct to publish a watched match without saying who the players are?

Yes, but this is grey area. I'd like these Two experts Two world-class players

5. Is it correct to publish other players' blunders?

Only with both players permission here too, we all can make blunders of our own.

IMO from tournaments SF and finals matches should always be published. But for other matches always publishment need all participants agreeing on it.
