Using the Keith Count I get 121-121, which would normally be a pass, since 2 pips up would be only around 22%. In a pure race white would only have about 18% (-2% per point), this is not quite a pure race. Brown could roll a bunch of ones in a row, and have to waste pips, this plus the fact that White's takepoint ATS is about 17% make it a Double/Take.
