Applying the N58 formula:

106 – 32 = 74, times 2 = 148, sqrt = 12+.

Add a bit for Opp's inferior distribution and it's still a clear money pass at the actual difference of 14.

However, the take point is a few percent lower at –4–5, perhaps add 2+ pips. That would make 15 a close decision and the actual difference of 14 a clear take AtS.
