In Response To: Another strange incident from the Cleveland Tourney (Peggy Neubig)

Congratz on winning the blitz!

I am a naive person so I will give Oleg the benefit of the doubt, assuming that he actually thought that he had won the whole tournament, not realizing that he had to play yet another match.

I have never heard of a similar incident and I am not sure it is covered by the rules. I don't think it should be covered by the rules.

I would rule like the TD did and ask you to play the final.
