Another strange incident from the Cleveland Tourney

Although I was in Cleveland, I know little about this incident. I know Oleg very well. He has been playing at the Bar Point Club and the Pub Club for over five years. Knowing Oleg, I am inclined to believe he was confused rather than lying. It would be totally out of charachter for him to claim he won a match that had not yet been played. I haven't spoken with Oleg, so I am only speaking to his general integrity. I don't know what happened and can't explain his actions.

As an aside, there is sometimes talk of "The Russians" who play in the Chicago chouette. Although Oleg hails from that general area, he is not one of "The Russians".
