It sounds a lot like only half a story is being told here. How did the perpetrator get hold of the account information? Was there a history? Is there perhaps a forgotten request? Has this happened before?

I dont know the answers (its not me), but shrouding a wholesale accusation like this in a congrats to P65 doesnt seem like the right way to do it. I would perhaps have chosen to say "A friend lost nearly $100 from their account, and P65 were able to solve my friends problem. Kudos to them"
