In Response To: Another strange incident from the Cleveland Tourney (Peggy Neubig)

I was standing outside the hotel when Linda called to Oleg and mentioned the impending "penalty points". This occurred at 4:22pm, not 5pm as Peggy stated in her post. Oleg responded to her comment with genuine, utter surprise, immediately apologized to her and dashed back inside the hotel. I think Peggy has blown this way out of proportion. To me, the only thing "strange" about what transpired is her perception of the situation and how she has chosen to handle it.
