In Response To: Another strange incident from the Cleveland Tourney (Stick)

Oleg did not lie to tournament officials in order to "abscond" with prize money or the trophy as some have inmplied. It was clearly a misunderstanding. By all accounts, when approached in the hotel lobby, Oleg immediately and sincerely ran back in to the tournament room to help fix whatever had gone wrong. For someone to accuse a player of lying in order to "steal" a trophy / prize money, is a serious matter. At the end of the day all we have of true value is our reputations, and I surely would not want mine ruined over reckless criticism.
