In Response To: Another strange incident from the Cleveland Tourney (David Rockwell)

Oleg wasn't obliged to hedge, and he broke no rules by refusing. But if he had, it would have been a nice, conciliatory gesture that would have cost him virtually no equity to make. If he had done this, he would have generated some good will to help cover for the misunderstanding originally caused by him, not Peggy. If he had done so, I suspect this thread would not exist, and the time that has been devoted to it would have been spent more productively by all concerned.
