(1) 8(2), a simple play for a simple weenie player.

(2) This looks like a deceptively good double because of the blot on Black's 5 point. Joker sequences win some gammons, so Jacoby Rule is somewhat of an extra factor favoring a double. I double, despite Black's easy take.

(3) I'll hit loose, though that's more dangerous than it may look.

(4) The loose hit on the ace point may be overkill because pointing on the 5 has to put White close to doubling territory. I'll move the last 5 to the 15 point.

(5) Weenie play again, hit all blots and play 18/17 for the last ace. I don't see a good reason to slot the 5 point given the lack of useful covering numbers. Apart from that: It will be easy to re-establish another point in Black's outfield. With three Black checkers on the bar, it may even be possible to gain a point in White's outfield, which would be even better.
