(1) Double, take. Black has enough turnaround equity to make the take pretty easy, I think. White's board is undeveloped and he may not cover the 1 point, etc. In turnaround variations Black is very happy to own the cube.
(2) 8/2 6/2, still liking the 18 point and thinking the made 2 point beats the slotted 3 point.
(3) In my head I get 351/1296 winning chances for White, so I won't bother to look at the no-redouble variation--it's not much of a take and there's high volatility. Redouble, take.
(4) In my head I get far too few immediate hitting chances for White to take. (Note that Black's 51, 52, and 32 stop on the 11 point; 44, 22, 11, 43, 42, and 41 hit and pass.) White's inside blot doesn't help because after he hits Black might have a direct shot to hit back. White is in significant gammon danger, but I don't think this can be too good. Double, pass.
(5) Tough--seems to be three reasonable candidates. The race is close enough that I'm afraid to hit, so I'll go with the compromise 16/11 over the "safe" 16/13 3/1, trying to take advantage of cube ownership by keeping a board, at the cost of "only" five shots.
